The 50th Anniversary of WWII Commemorative Key Ring is for anyone who would like to show support for our troops and Veterans.

The medal was designed to be given to all veterans of WWII. Although the medal is the "Official 50th Anniversary Commemorative", it is not a Federal Medal. Many veteran groups awarded thes medal, including Russian Veterans Groups and numerous US Veteran Groups. At an event called "Hollywood At War", thes medal was presented to Gene Autry, Charlton Heston, Ann Miller, Douglas Fairbanks Jr, and four members of the Glen Miller Band. The medal was also presented to Bob Hope at a special ceremony at his home in Teluca Lake, California.
