Errors or shortages in orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and returns will only be accepted within 30 days of shipment. All returns must have a Return Authorization prior to return. All returns must be in the original packaging without damage.  Refunds do not include postage.

We are not responsible for damage to merchandise during shipment. All damage claims must be handled with the carrier immediately. Please keep all boxes and packing material until all claims have been settled. We will make every effort to help you with this, in any way we can. All merchandise is shipped from our building in good condition, and it is our intention for you to receive it in the same condition.
